1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CineKrunch (“CineKrunch,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use CineKrunch. Your use of CineKrunch is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
2. About CineKrunch
CineKrunch is a website/platform that provides access to movie, TV show, anime, and live TV information and viewing experiences through the services available on the platform, including browsing, searching, and streaming content through the features offered. CineKrunch does not host or store movies, TV shows, or video files itself. Some content and services are provided or delivered by third parties.
3. Eligibility and Use
You do not need an account to use CineKrunch. By using CineKrunch, you represent that you are at least the age required under applicable law to use the services offered, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. CineKrunch is not specifically directed toward children.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
Some content and features available through CineKrunch - including metadata, video streams, embeds, images, and other material - may come from or be delivered by third parties. CineKrunch may not control third-party content, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or content of third-party materials. Where content is provided by a third party, that third party’s own terms and policies may apply.
CineKrunch displays advertisements through third-party advertising providers. We do not promote betting, gambling, or adult content, and our own content is not aimed at such material. However, if an advertising provider displays an advertisement of that nature on the site, it is served by the third-party provider and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property
The CineKrunch name, branding, logo, website design, software, and user interface are owned by or licensed to CineKrunch. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse CineKrunch’s branding, software, or interface except as expressly permitted.
CineKrunch does not claim ownership of third-party material displayed through the platform, including movie and TV metadata, images, posters, trademarks, video content, and other material belonging to their respective owners. All third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CineKrunch in a reasonable and lawful manner. You must not, and must not attempt to:

- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Interfere with other users’ use of the platform; or
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CineKrunch to facilitate any unlawful activity, to violate the rights of others (including intellectual property rights), or to engage in conduct that could damage, disable, or impair CineKrunch or interfere with any other party’s use of the platform. We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to protect the platform and its users.
8. Availability and Changes
CineKrunch may change, suspend, remove, or modify features, content, or functionality at any time, with or without notice. CineKrunch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, and the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.
9. Third-Party Services
CineKrunch relies on third-party services to operate the platform. These third-party services can change, become unavailable, or discontinue their services at any time. CineKrunch cannot guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services and is not responsible for their operation.
10. Disclaimers
CineKrunch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CineKrunch does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that information displayed on the platform will be accurate, complete, or current. Third-party content and external services may be unavailable, change, or be inaccurate, and CineKrunch is not responsible for such matters.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CineKrunch and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, CineKrunch, including reliance on third-party content or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
