Produced by the Taiwan Film Association (台湾映画協会) during the Pacific War, this propaganda short depicts the lives of British and American military prisoners transferred from the southern territories under Japanese occupation. Made as part of Japan’s wartime overseas propaganda effort, the film survives only in an incomplete print.
